00 – Welcome to 15H! We’ll talk about the letter as time goes on.

Keith and the Girl will be on in a little bit! This episode drops after podfest. Matt and Jimmy will chicken fight Keith and The Girl.

Jimmy is going to start telling people he is yes anding them.

Oliver had a play-date recently.

Eddie Pepitone is wonderful, Jimmy loves him, but he has never had anyone lock up so much when Jimmy yes anded them.

Jimmy tries to get us to guess his lyrics.

05 – Oliver’s sleepover featured watching the original Superman. First hour slow, once superman arrives it’s a great movie.

The friends mom came to pick him up and brought her 12 year old with him. He was taller than Jimmy. Jimmy thinks that 12 year old could take him easily. Nothing on his behavior he was a great kid very respectful and nice.

Jimmy talks about asshole kids on the street with their friends who don’t respect adults anymore.

10 – Jimmy Vaughan is Stevie Ray Vaughan’s older brother.

Matt got an iPhone 6! Not a plus though. Jimmy analyzes matt’s phone. Matt loves it. Jimmy might get one this week.

15 – We got a package! We also have a t-shirt winner! Jimmy wants percentages. He’s looking for percentages.

Eliot’s facebook challenge is going good but had his first challenge today via Ryan.

35 – Jimmy opens some mail. It’s full of books. It’s from Darryl! It’s a frame of all the NNF Notes logos. A book for Jimmy and Oliver.

Side note from Darryl:

I explained in my note in each book why I sent them. My Bass and Other Animals for Jimmy was a book I thought he would enjoy, and probably never heard of. I read it a couple times and I don’t like to just keep books around if I’m not going to read them again, so Jimmy got my junk! It’s a great book if you are a rock music fan and enjoy behind-the scenes stuff, plus it’s funny. The author is Guy Pratt, best known as the bassist for Pink Floyd (though not an actual band member) after Roger Waters left.

The book for Oliver is The Magic Catalog, which I’ve owned since I was a teenager. It was published in 1977 and I bought it about that time. Jimmy and I had a few discussions about Oliver’s love of magic, and my past as a magician. I started studying and learning magic when I was 9. The book has a lot of the history of magic, and (more importantly to a 7 year old) lots of great historic photos and illustrations. I though it might spark Oliver’s imagination. Or they can just throw both books in the trash for me.

Keith is sleeveless. Keith uses Old Spice Sport deodorant. Matt uses Degree (power fresh for women apparently.) Matt fails to “yes and” again.

45 – “and we all know whose name is on the show.” – Jimmy reads Darryl’s letter again.

Everyone in Jimmy’s house is under the weather. So is Matt.

50 – OTC drug talk.

Keith and the Girl are here! They actually started their show a year and a month before NNF did. They’re out here for podfest.

They are going head to head with NNF on Sunday at Podfest.

Their words: Hover (Chemda) and Helicopter/Hippo (Keith)

55 – CHemda not getting rosh hashanah invites from parents. Her aunt invites her but her family hates every part of Chemda’s life so she doesn’t go.

Her parents live in Israel and right now basically nowhere is safe. Keith is not a fan of Israel. Apparently Israel is faster paced than NYC.

Chemda tells a story about Keith in Israel getting crepes.

60 – No lines so he couldn’t get a crepe. Everyone is so aggressive and they don’t really do lines.

Chemda’s parents have a 4 bedroom apartment. One bedroom is a bomb shelter. No wifi in that room!

Keith wasn’t scared while in Israel but more surprised at the rudeness.

Chemda’s not a lesbian. She’s in a same sex relationship with a trans person who identifies as male.

They did a show in London that went great. Keith met his wife there.

Apparently AirB&B blocks phone numbers and emails when talking to perspective renters. They went into the place and it was full of graffiti.
