LAX construction!

The new LAX people mover, officially named SkyLink, is currently in its rigorous, un-passengers testing phase to ensure 30 days of uninterrupted operation before opening to the public later in 2026. Once open, the 2.25-mile elevated train system will transport travelers between central terminals, parking structures, and transit hubs. The driverless electric train is designed to bypass the notorious “horseshoe” traffic and fundamentally transform the airport experience.
