Jimmy hosted a comedy central showcase that Tom won that kick started his career. It was a week before 9/11. Jimmy may have given him a little nudge on his way to the stage to give him a heads up.
The worst one was New Faces in 2004 up in Montreal. He bombed so hard the news paper literally put a bomb image next to his name in the article about it. Everyone else got 1-10. Jimmy was there to comfort him.
